"Agro-ecology and territorial approaches: beyond words, methods and tools to act"
As part of the COP15 Desertification taking place in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire from May 9 to 20, Agrisud is organizing a round table around the 2 solutions it promotes to fight against desertification: agro-ecology and territorial approaches.

She will present the tools and methods she has been implementing for many years in different countries/contexts of the South. The various speakers will share their experiences through the actions they carry out in Côte d'Ivoire and Senegal among others.

The objective of this round table is to provide very concrete answers to development actors and to encourage decision-makers to operate or support the agro-ecological transition of their territories.

The Minister-Governor of the Autonomous District of Abidjan, Mr. Robert Beugré Mambé, will speak on the challenges of preserving the peri-urban agricultural areas of Abidjan, to which the PROFIT project implemented by Agrisud in Côte d'Ivoire contributes.
