The 24th february 2014, the 4th International Symposium on Sustainable Tourism was held in Agadir. During this event, the Club Med was rewarded for the Project Igran n’Asni, implemented with Agrisud and its Moroccan partner, the Norsys Foundation. Some of Agrisud’s Haitian partners since 2011, organizations such as IPAP, OJDA and GPBB, have proved to be essential actors in the local development. Each of them gather about 50 to 70 members in the Peletan, Acul Jeannot and Bory areas. In December 2013, Agrisud launched its first crowdfunding on Kisskissbankbank’s platform, in order to support the Medoc Hive, a future incubator of small horticultural businesses. In January 2011, Agrisud and the Hauts-de-Seine General Council started the “Siem Reap peri-urban agriculture diversification” project. The aim being to help small farmers and improve marketing and farming techniques as well as production diversification. Since 2004, Agrisud International and Moroccan partners - ORMVAO, Amaid and Coeur de Palmier - helping small family farms in the oasis of southern Morocco for sustained improvement activities,technical mastery, maintaining productive natural resources, economic control and generationstable income, integration into the working environment. More than 400 farmers have been supported in gardening, olive culture and small livestock (sheep, rabbits and bees).
